HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

The Classy Corner website has been designed with you in mind. We want to make sure that your shopping experience is as simple as possible, so when you have found a product you like, simply select the item you like, then add it to your cart. Then you just have to follow the steps of filling in the Customer information, the Shipping method and Finally the Payment method.

HOW CAN I SEE THE PRICES IN MY OWN COUNTRY'S CURRENCY?

The option to choose your currency can be found from the main menu bar which is located at the top-left corner of our website www.classycorner.com.au on your phone. If you use a computer, you can find the option to change the currency on the top-right corner of the screen. From there you will be given a bunch of common currencies those are used by our customers more frequently, then you can choose yours to see all the prices in your own currency.

HOW DO I FINALISE MY ORDER?

You may be asked to provide further security information in order to complete your order using our verified Master Card security measures (3-D Secure code - it’s an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. This code is obtained through your bank only). Simply enter your personal code, and once your order has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 
Classy Corner currently accepts the following payment methods: American Express, Master Card, PayPal and Visa.

DO I HAVE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH Classy Corner TO PLACE AN ORDER?

If you do not wish to open an account with Classy Corner simply fill in your shipping address when placing your order. However, opening an account with Classy Corner means speeding up the whole process of ordering your product and also you will be the first to get all the insider information, including newsletters with exclusive offers and discounts.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged once you have finalised your order online. If you have a discount code, enter it in the field marked 'discount code' before you proceed to the checkout. Your account will only be debited once your order has been validated. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any problems, and if necessary arrange a suitable replacement or cancel the item from your order.

HOW DO I GET THE 10% DISCOUNT FOR MY ORDERS?

You have to sign up just once using your first name, last name and email address to reveal the 10% discount code. You can find the fields to fill up to sign-up with us, at the bottom of every page of our website www.classycorner.com.au.

When you sign up, you will get a discount code both on the prompt on screen immediately after signing up and into your email inbox as well, please also check your junk inbox in case you don’t receive the discount code in your normal inbox. Save this code with you. When you order a product/ products, you will find a box in the checkout to use the discount code, you need to put the discount code in that box, click “Apply” and you will see the total price will change giving you a 10% discount ! It's that easy!

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COST AND TIME?

We charge a flat rate of $8.99 AUD Australia wide and $15.99 AUD worldwide for the standard shipping cost for your order. Sometimes we give FREEshipping as our promotional activities.

The delivery time depends on the country, state or the city you live in. The following times are an estimation of how long it might take for your ordered products to reach the destination:

  • Australia: 2-6 days (depending on the state)
  • NSW, ACT: 2 business days
  • QLD, SA: 3-4 business days
  • VIC: 4 business days
  • WA, NT, TAS: 5-6 business days
  • USA: 6 days
  • UK: 8 days
  • Canada: 11 days
  • New Zealand: 7 days
  • Other Europe countries: 8-10 days
  • For pre-order items 2-6 weeks (if applicable)

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

Please assist us by providing the reason for your return and any comment you wish to make and return to Classy Corner, PO Box 4141 Kingsway West NSW 2208 Australia. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our address. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you buy our products and have a valid reason to return it, then you can send the products to the following address:

Once we receive the parcel, then we check if there is any damage. If the item is intact and undamaged, then we will give you the full product price refund. Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable.

Please make sure to post with a tracking number so that the parcel can be tracked and doesn’t get lost on it’s way.

NOTE: No refund/ return/ exchange on delicate products and clearance sale items.

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY PURCHASED CLOTHES FROM CLASSY CORNER?

Please follow the care instructions to maintain and keep the fabric’s life long-lasting and durable:

  • No Machine wash for embellished items
  • Professional dry-cleaning recommend
  • Steam iron recommended
  • No soaking
  • No Bleach
  • No Dryer
  • No stretching or wringing
  • To be stored with care
  • Folding nicely or hanging with a hanger placing in the closet is recommended

DO THE PRODUCTS LOOK SAME AS THE PICTURES IN REAL?

We try to capture the real colours of the pictures during photoshoot. All of our products are authentic and original as the pictures shown. However, product's colours may slightly vary due to different lights and screens. Accessories may slightly vary from the image shown as not all the accessories are available all the time. Also, by default we provide full lining under the sleeves although the models are wearing dresses with no lining under the sleeves. But they can be custom made according to your own requirements and requests.

    You can write your comments and customization request in the notes while adding items to the cart. We custom stitch every item so most requests can be accommodated. Most common requests are:
    • Add or removing sleeves.
    • Add inner/lining on see-through sleeve or kameez.
    • Choose between Pant, Salwar, and Churidaar etc.
    • Longer blouse etc.
    • Hide skin.

    All our products are 100% genuine and original only. We do not sell any kind of replica or copies. The model photos on the product pages are sourced directly from the manufacturers and designers.
    Stitching is done by our highly experienced and professional tailors. We always ensure that the dresses are stitched as close as possible to the model photos shown and as per customisation requested by the customers. But there may be stitching variation in some cases based on fabric design and embroidery work. We might also have to adjust the lengths or add matching fabric in some cases based on your size, if required.
